The aim of Dog Rescue Carcassonne is to help to find good homes for dogs currently at the Spa Refuge in Carcassonne.
Dog Rescue Carcassonne by an English volunteer who spends several afternoons a week there walking, grooming and socialising as many dogs as possible, together with other volunteers.
Many people would like to adopt a dog but are worried that the procedure may be complicated. Some are daunted at visiting the refuge. This is where Dog Rescue Carcassonne can help.
If you are thinking of adopting a dog you can receive
- Help with the language and documentation. Don’t forget to bring some form of id and proof of residence!
- Someone to accompany you round to view dogs, get them out for a walk and a play and assist in introducing other family dogs and children in a secure outside compound to see if they get along together.
- Help match the right dog to the right family so that all parties will have a long and happy life together
It costs just є110 to adopt a dog, which will be microchipped and vaccinated.
